Fruit is picked
The picker works in the orchard and fills the normal picking bag.
CropLynx Bag Scanning records picker deliveries as they happen in the field. Every NFC scan builds the production story — who delivered, when it happened, how fast the picker is moving, where performance is heading and what management should look at before the shift is over.
Live bag movement during the shift.
Progress, pace and forecast.
The orchard process stays simple. The picker works normally, the supervisor scans the NFC wristband at delivery, and CropLynx turns that single field action into live operational data.
The picker works in the orchard and fills the normal picking bag.
The picking bag is filled with quality fruit and taken to the delivery point.
The picker empties the bag into the CHEP bin or configured harvest container.
The supervisor taps the picker NFC wristband. CropLynx identifies the employee instantly.
The accepted bag updates totals, pace, history, team performance and forecast.
The field app captures each accepted NFC bag scan. The dashboard turns those events into live production totals, hourly movement, team performance, picker signals and a forecast before stop time.

The sample dashboard below continues moving to demonstrate the live behaviour of the platform.
The scan is only the capture point. CropLynx uses thousands of scan events to build a live view of picker output, working pace, team movement, projected production and operational gaps.
A normal bag total tells management that Picker 334 finished on 87 bags. CropLynx can show every scan behind those 87 bags, the time between deliveries, long gaps, recent pace, projected finish and whether the picker is currently moving toward the configured operational target.
Each feature starts with a simple field event and turns it into information that supervisors, farm managers and the office can actually use.
Each picker uses a unique NFC wristband or tag. A scan links the bag directly to the correct employee without manually searching for names.
Each accepted scan can become its own timestamped production event, giving CropLynx the complete scan history behind the daily total.
CropLynx measures the time between picker deliveries so management can understand actual working pace and production movement.
Intervals above the configured threshold can be treated separately as possible lunch, transport, movement or operational inactivity instead of distorting normal pace.
Current progress, measured pace and the configured stop time are used to estimate where an individual picker or team is likely to finish.
Compare active pickers, bags, averages, current pace and forecast across teams while harvesting is still underway.
Scanning devices can be linked to teams or configured pickers. Wrong-device or wrong-team scans can be rejected before affecting totals.
Successful, too-early and wrong-team events can be clearly shown in the field app, supporting faster feedback to supervisors.
Where mobile data is unreliable, scans can remain queued on the field device and be uploaded when the connection returns.
CropLynx does not need to wait for the final bag total. The platform can compare actual progress against a configured production norm, measure current pace, separate long gaps and project likely output at stop time.
Using a configured target of one bag every five minutes, the system can calculate expected progress and a theoretical shift target. The farm controls the norm used for operational planning.
One target bag interval used for planning and live progress comparison.
A 450-minute productive period in this example.
450 minutes divided by a five-minute target pace.
CropLynx compares actual progress and forecast while the picker is still working.
The picker does not operate software. The field action stays simple while CropLynx handles the history, pace calculation and management view in the background.
The employee profile is linked to a unique NFC wristband or tag.
The picker empties the picking bag at the configured scanning point.
The NFC tag is read and CropLynx identifies the correct picker immediately.
The scan updates the total, history, bag interval, pace and live forecast.
Teams, pickers, production signals and exceptions become visible during the day.
